Data collected

Through the “Book your free first session” form, we only collect your first name, last name, email address and the description of what you need. No other data is collected on this website.

Why we use it

Your data is used solely to answer your request, organise your free first session and, where relevant, send you a quote.

Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Recipients

Your data is intended solely for Constance Bet. It is never sold or passed on to third parties. The form is sent by email from our web host, IONOS SARL (servers located in the European Union), acting on our behalf. No form data is stored on the website.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted. If you become a student, it is kept for as long as we work together, then for the legally required periods (for example 10 years for accounting records).

Your rights

You may at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability. Write to constancebet@brititup.com : we will reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
